Review of Micro-Particles of Hydroxyapatite Nanoparticles by Ball Milling
Authors
Abstract:
Hydroxyapatite (HA) is the most important bioactive ceramics because of biocompatibility and structural similarity to the mineral part of bones and teeth of broad clinical application in the field of dentistry, orthopedic and coatings are Biomaterials. The aim of this study was to construct nano-hydroxyapatite micro particles using calcite, silica and zinc oxide using ball milling, powder, these three compounds, crushed and then molded into a cylindrical shape, pressed and put in oven a. The review ray diffraction X (XRD) suitable for milling, baking time and temperature samples obtained. The graph of the analysis of the samples was compared with HS. According to the results, the sample A with 10 hours of milling, temperature and heating time of 2 hours C˚ 1100, most of the other samples produced Hardstvnyt product

full textStrain anisotropy in freestanding germanium nanoparticles synthesized by ball milling.
Although embedded Ge nanocrystals (NCs) have been grown by variety of techniques and its properties have been studied extensively, intrinsic properties of isolated Ge NCs have not been studied properly due to lack of proper synthesis technique. Here we report on the synthesis of freestanding Ge nanoparticles (NPs) down to approximately 7 nm using ball milling technique and study its structural ...
full textPreparation and Characterization of Hydroxyapatite/Alumina Nanocomposites by High-Energy Vibratory Ball Milling
Hydroxyapatite/alpha-alumina composites were prepared by means of high-energy vibratory ball milling. The effect of the addition of alumina, from 5 to 25 wt%, was investigated. x-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) results indicated thathydroxyapatite andaluminawere themajorphases aftermechanicalmilling and only small peak shifts were observed. Transmission...
full textEvaluation of catalyst ball-milling process on growth and diameter of carbon nanotubes on iron nanoparticles
In this study, we describe the growth of carbon nanotubes on commercial iron nanoparticles without carbon shell (Fe (nm), size 2O3 and Fe* (nm)/MgO) was carried out by mixing commercial Fe* nanoparticles (as catalyst) with Al2O3 and MgO powders (as supports)by using ball-milling method. The results show in spite of the fact that ball-milling process can have neg...
full textMechanochemical decomposition of pentachlorophenol by ball milling.
The mechanochemical dechlorination of pentachlorophenol (PCP) was studied using CaO and SiO2 powder as additives. The effects of the milling time and additives on the dechlorination rate were investigated. The resulting product was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and ion chromatography (IC). It is found that g...
